What is the Peer Mentor Program?

The Peer Mentoring Program connects first semester students with a current NWTC student to share resources and experiences that will increase academic success and campus involvement. Active participation in one-on-one interactions between mentors and mentees and engagement in college and community events, are meant to give first year students a foundation for successfully completing their academic goals at NWTC.
